Our Mission
Young Life exists to introduce young people to Jesus Christ and provide opportunities for them to grow in their faith.
In Australia, this mission is expressed through two complementary charitable entities:
Young Life Australia Foundation Ltd advances the Christian faith by building authentic relationships with young people, creating opportunities for them to encounter Jesus, and supporting them as they grow in lifelong discipleship.
Young Life Australia Ltd demonstrates the love of Christ through benevolent relief, practical support, mentoring, and community-based programs that care for young people experiencing disadvantage, hardship, isolation, or crisis, helping them flourish and reach their God-given potential.
Together, we seek to know every young person, earn the right to be heard, and walk alongside them with compassion, hope, and purpose.
Our Vision
Together, we are compelled to model the way of Jesus in the lives of young people, to develop as leaders, to inspire volunteers and to go as a diverse community on mission, resulting in more young people known by name, and in more kids knowing Jesus and discovering their Kingdom purpose.
