As a special reward, a motivational tool, or simply an awesome time on the water, Ski Mission delivers high-energy watersports action with total safety.
Young Life Australia provides enjoyable, memorable and meaningful water ski related days and half days for groups of up to 25 teenagers and adults. Like all of Young Life's activities, it's run as a not-for-profit program, and delivers an adrenalin-rush on water that's not easily forgotten!
Not only is it a total blast, Ski Mission also aims to bring about personal development, enhanced self esteem and a host of other positive outcomes in teens and adults too.
Who we are.
Ski Mission is a Not For Profit Christian charity run by Young Life Australia and we are dedicated to providing you with extreme watersports action and great tuition with total safety.
What we do.
Our mission is to make your day on the water truly memorable! And it's not just providing fun water-based action, but by providing a safe, professional and fully supervised environment where you can be challenged outside their comfort zone, build relationships with others, boost self esteem and confidence, and develop perseverance and teamwork skills.
Our team can also provide motivational, encouraging or challenging talks for your group... in small doses or via a lunchtime talk. This part of our service is free, but just let us know prior to the day and we will be more than willing to have a chat with your group at lunch time on a variety of themes we can agree on together.
Often, our guests bring their own lunch if the booking time covers it, but we can also cater to your requirements. Just drop us a line or give us a call and we can arrange it.
Where we do it.
The majority of our days are run on the Hawksbury River at Windsor in outer Sydney, operating from the 'Butterfly Farm' that has all the facilities we need provided. We also run ski days on the Nepean River in the Penrith area.
However, as we are a truly mobile organisation, if you have any other area you would like to us to come to, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
