Ski Mission
As a special reward, a motivational tool, or simply an awesome time on the water, Ski Mission delivers high-energy action with safety.
Young Life Australia provides enjoyable, memorable and meaningful water ski related days and programs for groups of around 15 to 30 teenagers and adults. Like all of Young Life’s activities, it’s run as a not-for-profit, and delivers an adrenalin-rush on water that’s not easily forgotten!
Not only is it a total blast, Ski Mission also aims to bring about personal development, enhanced self esteem and a host of other positive outcomes in young people.
What we do.
Our mission is to help young people learn to follow directions, be challenged outside their comfort zone, build relationships with caring adults, plus develop perseverance and teamwork. It’s fun, exciting, challenging, professional and affordable too.
Our team can provide motivational, encouraging or challenging talks for your group. Just let us know prior to the day and we will be more than willing to have a chat with your teenagers at lunch time on a theme of your choice.
Where we do it.
The majority of our days are run on the Hawksbury River at Windsor, operating from the 'Butterfly Farm' that has all the facilities we need provided. However, we also run ski days on the Nepean River and travel once a year for a week in Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne. We are a truly mobile organisation however, so if you have any other area you would like to have us come to, please contact us.
Our highly trained staff always place the kids ahead of the leaders as far as the water-skiing and wakeboarding goes. We strongly urge leaders who come along to utilise this time to get alongside the kids and build on the positive school or sporting relationships that you already have with them.

Our prices are keener than commercial operators as we are a not-for-profit organisation, and all gear, tuition and insurance is included in the price. What’s more, all of our people who man the boats are accredited to the latest standards laid down by the Maritime Services Board from July 1, 2008.
