To be the most influential model for positively impacting Australian high school young people for Christ with the resultant transformation of the wider community.

	All young people worldwide, without regard to race, ethnicity, gender, religion, economic or social status
	The spiritual, physical and emotional welfare of those involved in the Young Life ministry, and their motivation from a growing relationship with Christ
	Innovative approaches of taking the gospel to young people so those who are unreached, uninterested or uncommitted shall be given every opportunity to know Christ
